Very impressive story with the use of Missouri Ozark Oak that has dried for 2 years. The clear winner of our 'bourbon' whisky tasting.

The biggest issue is that it has taken more than a month from placing the order to shipment.
In addition, the email I received after ordering stated that the item would be shipped after May 6. However, it did not provide a specific shipping date, only that it would be sent sometime after that date. I found this lack of clear information quite frustrating.
Another concern is that I never received any notification that the item had actually been shipped. By chance, I checked my account page and noticed that the status had changed to "On Its Way." Even then, no tracking number was provided.
As a result, I have no way of knowing where the package currently is or when it is expected to arrive.
While the product itself may be fine, the overall communication and shipping process have been disappointing. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I would hesitate to recommend purchasing from this website.
